Our mission statement is to provide professional property management and sales service to owners and investors with the goal of relieving them of the headaches and aggravations associated with managing their income property on a day-to-day basis. Located in Los Angeles, we provide service 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Our portfolio consists of multi-unit buildings, smaller apartment complexes, individual condos and single-family homes throughout Los Angeles, the Valley and the South Bay.

A full service company, our primary focus is to lease units to qualified tenants, maximize income and reduce expenses resulting in a profitable investment for the client without the day to day challenges of management.

Michael Belzer, President

Michael established Westside Management Group in 1990. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker with a diverse background. He has specialized in property management for the last 20 years. Employed by companies such as American Savings, Charles Dunn, Bruin Associates; and working with condominium home owners associations gave Michael his strong professional foundation and experience in property management.

Meredith Gold, Vice President

Meredith keeps the flow going at the office. She answers the phone, processes the rents and the invoices, responds to complaints and follows up on work orders. Keeping track of details is the name of the game in property management and Meredith is an expert at “detail management”.

 

Rose Williams, Field Supervisor & Leasing Specialist

Rose brings her experience as a leasing agent and has expanded her responsibilities to include tenant customer service, vendor communication and scheduling an on site inspection of each property. Rose is the first contact that most residents make when they rent a unit or have an issue that needs to be resolved.
 

Leonid Golodnitski, Accountant

Leonid brings us his accounting skills from Russia. He is a California Certified Public Accountant and has been with Westside Management since 1998. He produces the monthly owners’ reports and disbursement checks as well as all tenant-related income and expense reports.

 

Dana Eddy, Information Technology

Dana has years of experience in the banking industry, providing instruction and technical support to personal computer users and as a team member providing consulting services. He assists our office in maintaining technology solutions critical to supporting our property management client base and in efficiently adapting and utilizing computer applications to maximize our level of customer service.

Cesar Berganza, Sr. Maintenance Supervisor

Cesar has been working with Westside Management Group since its inception in 1990. Cesar is our troubleshooter and he is the man who will “save the day” when it comes to a repair, an emergency or just a helping hand.
