Michael Belzer, President, established Westside Management Group in 1990. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker with a diverse background. He has specialized in property management for the last 30 years. Employed by companies such as American Savings, Charles Dunn, Bruin Associates, and working with condominium HOAs gave Michael his strong professional foundation and experience in property management.
